ISLE OF WIGHT
We return to this pretty island measuring just 24 miles wide. From historic sites to natural delights the island has something for everyone. For this tour we stay once again at the Trouville Hotel on Sandown’s seafront, a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. We include a short boat cruise from Cowes, a steam train ride, plus entrance to the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary. We also enjoy free time in Shanklin, Cowes, Ryde and Yarmouth .
MONDAY DAY 1
After our morning door to door service we head south and enjoy the short ferry crossing to the Isle of Wight.
TUESDAY DAY 2
After a leisurely breakfast we begin our day with a drive to Cowes, where we join the boat for a short cruise around the harbour. We then enjoy free time in Cowes before heading out to Yarmouth where we spend time in the afternoon.
B, DWEDNESDAY DAY 3
We join the coach for our morning trip to Shanklin. Lose yourself in the history and character of Shanklin Old Village, or enjoy the long wide sandy beach set against a backdrop of dramatic sandstone cliffs. Later we return to Sandown for our included visit to the Wildheart Animal Sancutary and time in town.
B, DTHURSDAY DAY 4
Today we travel to the Isle of Wight Steam Railway for a return journey onboard through the pretty countryside. From here we head to the seaside resort of Ryde where you can purchase lunch. We return to the hotel early afternoon.
B, DFRIDAY DAY 5
We begin our journey home, crossing back to the mainland during the morning, to meet our door to door service during the afternoon.

Situated centrally on Sandown’s seafront, the Trouville Hotel in Sandown is the ideal location for an Isle of Wight break. The rooms are located across four floors, all of which are directly accessed by the lift. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV, as well as hairdryer, complimentary hospitality tray, toiletries and direct dial phone. Most double and twin rooms have a sea view.
