This tour visits the best of Northern Ireland, bringing you a bus tour of Belfast, the birth place of Titanic; and an Antrim Coastal drive to The Giants Causeway. Also included is a visit to Hillsborough Castle. We stay at the popular Stormont Hotel close to Belfast and opposite the Stormont estate, and use overnight hotels in north Wales and Dublin.
SUNDAY DAY 1
After our door to door service we make our way to North Wales for our overnight hotel.
DMONDAY DAY 2
We travel to Holyhead for the early morning crossing to Dublin. Breakfast is included on the ferry. On arrival in Ireland we continue our journey north to the Stormont Hotel.
B, DTUESDAY DAY 3
We begin with a guided bus tour through Belfasts four 'quarters', taking in the many highlights including City Hall, Queens University, and the Botanic Gardens. After time to purchase lunch we include a visit to Titanic Belfast, telling the story of Titanic from her conception, through her construction and launch.
B, DWEDNESDAY DAY 4
Today we travel the short distance to Hillsborough Castle. Once a grand family residence and Belfast's official home of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. Members of the Royal Family stay at Hillsborough when visiting.
B, DTHURSDAY DAY 5
This morning we take one of the most remarkable ocean drives along the Antrim Coast Road with its unspoilt views of the Irish Sea and Glens of Antrim. We arrive at the Giant's Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its unique volcanic stone pillars and shrouded in folklore and fairy tales.
B, DFRIDAY DAY 6
Today we travel to Dublin for free time to explore the sights. Our final night is at the Rochestown Lodge Hotel.
B, DSATURDAY DAY 7
Early morning ferry to Holyhead, breakfast on board. We continue home to meet our door to door service during the evening.
