Book NowThe Lake District is always a beautiful place to visit, with stunning mountain ranges and shimmering lakes, there is so much to see. We include an excursion taken in mini buses which reach the parts where others cannot go, visit Bowness and Kendal. We stay at one of the most popular hotels in the Lakes, The Skiddaw, Keswick.
MONDAY DAY 1
After our door to door service we join the tour coach and make our way north. After a break for lunch we arrive at our hotel, based in the heart of Keswick, in the late afternoon.
DTUESDAY DAY 2
Today our holiday highlight is to join the Mountain Goat Minibuses on an adventure tour. They will take us around the Western Lakes following a route pioneered by the Romans! We will journey through the famous mountain passes of Hardknott and Wrynose. See England's deepest lake Wast Water and visit the grounds of the 14th Century Muncaster Castle. There will be stops along the route providing picturesque photo opportunities.
B, DWEDNESDAY DAY 3
We join the coach and travel to Bowness-on-Windermere, a bustling tourist hotspot with independent shops, home to the Beatrix Potter Museum & many places to eat! In the afternoon we visit Kendal to enjoy free time in the town.
B, DTHURSDAY DAY 4
Today we enjoy a free day relaxing in Keswick where it is market day.
B, DFRIDAY DAY 5
Today we head for home to meet our door to door service during the afternoon.

The Skiddaw Hotel is set in the picturesque market town of Keswick, ideally based to enjoy the area and all it has to offer with stunning lakes and fells on the doorstep.
