LLANDUDNO, WALES
Join us as we return to the popular Merrion Hotel, located along the promenade with perfect access to the town attractions. We enjoy a variety of visits during our tour including Beaumaris on Anglesey, entrance to Plas Cadnant Gardens, a free day to enjoy Llandudno and a morning in Conwy.
MONDAY DAY 1
After our morning door to door service we head north west, arriving late afternoon at The Merrion, Llandudno.
DTUESDAY DAY 2
We enjoy a hearty Welsh breakfast before joining the coach for the short journey to Conwy. The town is rich in history, with much of it still preserved within the walls and traditional structures of its buildings. In the heart of it is the mighty 13thcentury castle, whose walls encapsulate this remarkable medieval town. The afternoon is free in Llandudno.
B, DWEDNESDAY DAY 3
Today we cross over onto Anglesey and our first visit is to Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens, described as one of North Wales best kept secrets, situated at the side of the Menai Strait. Later we enjoy free time in Beaumaris, a captivating seaside town, with its mix of medieval, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture. Its name is based on the Norman 'beau marais', meaning 'fair marsh'.
B, DTHURSDAY DAY 4
We enjoy a free day to explore Llandudno. Take the tram up the Great Orme, enjoy a vintage bus ride (price not included), or simply stroll along the prom.
B, DFRIDAY DAY 5
After breakfast we begin our journey home, meeting our door to door service late afternoon.
