DISCOVERING DELIGHTFUL WILTSHIRE
THURSDAY DAY 1
After our morning door to door service we head west, arriving at the Angel Hotel during the afternoon.
DFRIDAY DAY 2
Our excursion today takes us past the famous Caen Hill Locks, a staircase of 16 locks on the Kennet and Avon canal to Devizes for a stop. From here we continue to beautiful Bradford-on-Avon for an afternoon break.
B, DSATURDAY DAY 3
This morning we have a short drive to the time warp National Trust village of Lacock, famous for its picturesque streets and as a location for TV and film. After exploring this beautiful village we return to Chippenham for free time. The combination of old and new, the historic architectural gems and modern shopping centres make this an ideal place to explore.
B, DSUNDAY DAY 4
This morning we head for historic Bath which has been a wellbeing destination since Roman times. The waters are still a big draw today, at the ancient Roman Baths and the thoroughly modern Thermae Bath Spa. The compact, visitor-friendly city centre is overflowing with places to eat and drink, plus some of the finest independent shops in Britain.
B, DMONDAY DAY 5
After breakfast we begin our journey home, making a stop at the Steam Railway Museum and McArthur Glen Shopping Outlet where you have a chance to purchase lunch. We meet our door to door service during the afternoon.
