A TASTE OF KENT & CALL THE MIDWIFE TOUR
Join us as we return to the comfortable Bridgewood Manor 4 star hotel in the heart of Kent, close to all the destinations on our tour. For the first part of the tour the emphasis is on food and drink, including a guided tour and tasting at Chapel Vineyards. We also enjoy a tour and lunch at Sheperd Neame Brewery, followed by a tour of Canterbury Cheesemakers. A treat awaits us at the Chatham Dockyard as we enjoy our own tour of the Call The Midwife set, as well as free time to enjoy the dockyard museum attractions.
MONDAY DAY 1
After our morning door to door service, we travel to Kent where we make a lunch stop, arriving at our hotel during the afternoon.
DTUESDAY DAY 2
After a leisurely breakfast we travel to Chapel Down Winery where we have a tour of the vineyards followed by wine tasting. We then travel the short distance to Tenterden where we enjoy free time around this pretty town.
B, DWEDNESDAY DAY 3
Today after joining the coach we travel to Faversham. Here we have a guided tour of the Shepherd Neame Brewery. Lunch is included after the tour. In the afternoon Cheesemakers of Canterbury guide us through the cheese making process and allow us to taste the produce.
B, DTHURSDAY DAY 4
We spend our day at Chatham Historic dockyards. If you're a fan of the hit series and you've been wondering where Call the Midwife is filmed, put yourself in the picture and explore where the real drama happens with the Call the Midwife Official Location Tour. The rest of the day is free to look round the historic dockyards museums.
B, DFRIDAY DAY 5
Today we head home to our door to door service, arriving during the afternoon.

The Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa, Chatham, is renowned for its fine food and service. Hotel facilities include Squires restaurant, open plan lounge and relaxing bar. Spa facilities include gym, swimming pool and sauna. Bedrooms are all en suite, and have television, hairdryer, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift.
